We Buy Equipment

Upgrading your mailroom? Retiring a machine that still has life in it? All For Mailers buys used mailing equipment — address printers, tabbers, folder inserters, pressure sealers, feeders, conveyors, stamp appliers and more — and we have been doing it since the company was founded in 2006. Our team has been putting mailing equipment on production floors since 1991, so we know what a machine is worth the moment we see the model plate and the cycle count.

Because we rebuild in-house on our own bench in Feasterville, PA, we can usually pay more than an auction house, a broker or a scrap buyer. You deal with the people who will actually tear the machine down, not a middleman. Tell us what you have and we make you a real offer, usually within one business day.

What We Buy

If it prepares, addresses, folds, inserts, seals, tabs, stamps, feeds or moves mail, we want to hear about it. The families we buy most often:

  • Address and envelope printers — RENA and Quadient AS-series, Secap and Pitney Bowes DA-series, Neopost AS-series, RENA Envelope Imager and XPS lines, Memjet-based color printers such as the Mach series. Working or not, with or without heads.
  • Tabbers and wafer sealers — RENA T-250, T-650, T-750 and T-950, Secap and Pitney Bowes badge versions, Accufast and Formax tabbers. Tabbers have their own page with typical prices: Sell Us Your Tabber.
  • Folder inserters — Formax FD 6100 through FD 6600 series, Quadient and Neopost DS-series, Pitney Bowes DI-series and Relay, Hasler and Secap badge versions.
  • Pressure sealers — Formax FD 1500, FD 2000 and FD 2100 series and the desktop AutoSeal line, plus comparable Pitney Bowes and Martin Yale units.
  • Stamp appliers — AFM80ST and AFM80S, Accufast XL and CS, Postmatic and similar stamp affixers.
  • Feeders — Streamfeeder, Straight Shooter, Secap and RENA friction feeders, shuttle feeders and vacuum feeders.
  • Conveyors and dryers — output conveyors, stackers and UV or infrared dryers from any of the brands above.
  • Envelope sealers and openers, cutters, folders and finishing gear, and high-security shredders.

Not on the list? Ask anyway. If we do not want it ourselves we will often know who does.

What Drives the Offer

Four things move the number, in this order:

  1. Model and generation. Current-production machines and their direct predecessors bring the most because the parts, supplies and factory support are still available.
  2. Cycle count. The lifetime counter tells us how much wear is on the transport, heads and rollers. A low-count machine can be worth double a high-count one.
  3. Condition. Does it power up, does it feed, is the paper path clean, are the heads or knives present? Cosmetic wear matters far less than a clean transport.
  4. Completeness. Trays, guides, cables, software, manuals and any spare heads or consumables all add to the offer.

Broken machines still have value. We part out what we cannot rebuild, so a unit that will not power up is worth a real number, not zero.

How It Works

  1. Tell us what you have. Model and serial number off the plate, the lifetime counter if you can find it, and two or three photos. The form below takes all of it.
  2. We make you an offer — usually the same business day, with a cash number and, if you are upgrading, a trade-in number.
  3. We arrange the freight. Palletizing, pickup and shipping are on us. You do not lift a finger or book a truck.
  4. You get paid once the machine arrives and checks out against what you told us. No surprises: if it matches your description, you get the number we quoted.

Trade-In Instead of Cash

Put your old machine’s value toward a new or refurbished one and the number goes up. On tabbers we will go up to 40% higher than the cash offer when it is applied against a rebuilt or new AFM80ST Stamp Applier & Tabber. On printers, inserters and sealers, tell us what you are moving to and we will price the trade-in against it. Browse current refurbished inventory or the full new equipment catalog to see what your machine could become.

Why Sell to All For Mailers

  • We are the end buyer. Not a listing site, not a broker. The machine comes to our bench, so there is no commission and no waiting for a third party to bite.
  • Veteran-owned, BBB A+. All For Mailers is a veteran-owned small business, BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and we answer our own phone.
  • Experts since 1991. Our team has been selling, installing and servicing this equipment for more than three decades. We know what your machine is worth and we will tell you straight.
  • Freight handled. We arrange pickup anywhere in the continental United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you buy machines that do not work?

Yes. We rebuild what we can and part out the rest, so a non-working unit still gets a real offer. Tell us what it does and does not do.

How fast will I hear back?

Usually within one business day of receiving your form, and often the same day. If we need a photo or a counter reading first we will ask.

Who pays for shipping?

We do. We arrange the freight and palletizing; you just need the machine accessible for a liftgate truck or dock pickup.

Do you buy just one machine, or whole mailrooms?

Both. If you are closing a shop or replacing a full production line, send the list and we will price the lot.

What about supplies, parts and spare heads?

Include them. Unopened ink, tabs, spare printheads and parts kits all add to the offer, and we will buy them with the machine.
