8) Warranty Support – RMA

All Warranty work must be performed by an All For Mailer’s authorized technician.  Please call to make arrangements.   The work may be performed on-site or at one of our locations at our discretion.  When shipping a machine in for work, ensure there is a minimum of 4″ of foam padding around the machine, and the package is insured for the purchase/replacement value of the item.  We do not recommend using peanuts!  If we need to spend time removing peanuts or any other packing material from inside the machine, you will be charged labor to clean the unit, even if it is under warranty or service contract.  To start the RMA process, please fill out and submit the RMA Form.
