How Your Equipment Ships
Free shipping on new equipment — every new machine ships free within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.
Tabletop machines (address printers, tabbers, sealers) ship fully boxed via insured ground carrier, typically within 2–3 business days of payment.
Floor-standing and production machines (folder inserters, production printers, conveyors) ship via LTL freight on a padded, strapped pallet. We coordinate delivery with you in advance — liftgate service available if you don’t have a dock.
Used and refurbished machines are fully tested and run before crating, video when requested. Shipping is quoted with your order based on weight and destination.
