Sell Us Your Tabber — Cash or Trade-In Credit

That tabber in the corner is worth money. It is worth the most today — and less every month it sits.

All For Mailers has been buying, rebuilding and reselling mailing equipment since 2006, and our founder has been in this industry since 1991. We are not a broker and we are not a listing site. We buy the machine outright, our own bench rebuilds it, and it goes back into service with a warranty behind it. Right now we have customers waiting on rebuilt tabbers — which means we are paying well and moving fast.

Working, half-working, or dead. We buy them all.

Not sure what you have? Call 866-430-2874 with the model plate in front of you. If we can stand behind it with parts and a warranty, we are interested — that is the test we apply to everything we buy and sell.

What We Pay

Most tabbers land between $400 and $1,500. A low-cycle machine from the T-250 family — T-250, TA-12, HT-12, ATS-12, ATS-8000, W350, 1020, 1030 or FD 262 — in excellent shape can reach $2,000.

Take the trade-in instead of the cash and we will go up to 40% higher on the same machine, applied against a rebuilt or new AFM80ST Stamp Applier & Tabber — the machine that does everything yours does and applies live postage stamps too.

What moves the number: cycle count, condition of the transport and tab head, whether the tab path is clean, and whether it powers up. Broken machines still have value to us — we part out what we cannot rebuild, and you get paid either way.

How It Works

  1. Tell us what you have. Model and serial off the plate, the lifetime counter if you can find it, and a couple of photos.
  2. We make you an offer — usually the same business day.
  3. We arrange the freight. You do not crate it, you do not chase a carrier, and you do not pay for shipping.
  4. You get paid. Check or ACH on arrival and inspection — or the credit hits your account immediately if you are trading up.

No listing fees. No tire-kickers. No buyer opening a dispute three weeks later.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do you buy tabbers that don’t work?
Yes. We buy machines that don’t power up, won’t feed, or have been sitting for years. We rebuild what we can and part out what we can’t, so a dead machine is still worth money. Tell us what it’s doing — or not doing — and we’ll make an offer.

What is my used tabber worth?
Most land between $400 and $1,500, and a low-cycle T-250-family machine in excellent condition can reach $2,000. The number depends on cycle count, transport and tab-head condition, and whether it powers up. Take trade-in credit instead of cash and we go up to 40% higher.

    Do you pay for shipping?
Yes. We arrange and pay the freight. You don’t crate it and you don’t book a carrier.

I have a Neopost TA-12, Hasler HT12, Astro ATS-12 or Pitney Bowes W350. Is that the same as a Rena T-250?
Yes — it’s the same single-head tabber sold under different brand names over the years, including Astro ATS-8000, Secap 1020 and 1030, and Formax FD 262. Whatever name is on the badge, we buy it. The same goes for the bigger machines: TA-25/HT-25/W360/FD 282 are the T-650, TA-20/HT-20/ATS-8900 are the T-750, and TA-30/HT-30/ATS-9900 are the T-950.

    How fast do you pay?
Offer usually the same business day. Payment by check or ACH on arrival and inspection. Trade-in credit is applied immediately.

Can I trade my tabber toward a machine that applies postage stamps?
That’s exactly what most of our sellers do. The AFM80ST applies tabs and live postage stamps on one machine, and your trade-in credit comes straight off the price.
