Returns & Warranty

We want you confident before you buy and taken care of after. Here’s exactly how warranties and returns work at All For Mailers.

Warranty Coverage

New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by manufacturer and model — we’ll tell you exactly what applies to your machine before you buy, and we’ll help you with warranty claims if anything comes up.

Refurbished equipment: 90-day warranty standard on refurbished equipment; extended coverage on non-consumable parts can be purchased up to a maximum of five years — least expensive when arranged at the time of sale, and available later subject to inspection. New equipment follows the manufacturer’s return terms, quoted case by case; special orders and custom configurations are not returnable.

The warranty stated on your product listing or invoice always controls — a few older machines carry a stated 30-day warranty instead. Want the full legal fine print? It’s all in our Equipment Warranty Policy.

And after the warranty? That’s where we’re different. Our Supported for Life philosophy means we’re still here — parts, phone support, remote troubleshooting, and honest advice — for as long as you run the machine.

What the Refurbished Warranty Covers

Your 90-day warranty covers parts and labor for mechanical and electrical failures under normal use. It does not cover normal wear items (rollers, belts, brushes), consumables, or damage from misuse, accident, or improper setup by others.

One habit that protects you: whenever you contact your sales rep about an issue during the warranty period, CC support@allformailers.com. It documents your issue and puts the whole team on it — nothing falls through the cracks.

Defective on Arrival

If your machine arrives defective, we make it right: we repair or replace it at our expense. And if we can’t get a repair or replacement to you within 30 days of your approved claim, the choice is yours — a full refund including your original shipping, or keep your place in line while we finish the fix.

Returns

Call us first — seriously. Most “it won’t run right” and “I can’t figure this out” situations are solved free over the phone or by remote support. That’s what Supported for Life means, and it’s faster than any return.

If a return is still the answer:

  • Every return requires an approved RMA. Start by phone (866-430-2874) or email, then complete our RMA form — you’ll receive an RMA number to reference. Returns arriving without an approved RMA will be refused.
  • Non-defect returns (difficulty operating the machine, changed needs — anything other than a defect) are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The machine must be complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • You arrange and pay return shipping, and you must properly pack and fully insure the shipment. Damage in return transit is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund — this is exactly why the RMA process exists, so let us guide your packing before it ships.
  • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable — including orders that shipped free; on those, our actual outbound freight cost is deducted from the refund.
  • Not returnable: software, special orders, and custom configurations. Parts and supplies are handled by SuppliesForMailers.com under its own policy; some parts are non-cancelable/non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.

Freight Damage

Inspect your equipment at delivery, before the driver leaves. If you see damage to the crate or machine, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours at 866-430-2874. The photos are required — they’re how we file the freight claim for you. We’ll take it from there.
