Which driver do I need for a Pitney Bowes AddressRight 100 or Formax AP2?

The AddressRight 100 / Formax AP2 is the same machine as the Quadient AS-450 — use the AS-Series driver package and select the Quadient AS-450 in the installer. The AddressRight 200 / Formax AP3 is the Quadient AS-650.

My mailing printer driver installed but it won't print — what should I check?

Most often it's a USB port-selection issue. Check the ports in the classic Devices and Printers folder, and see the All For Mailers USB Port Selection and Verification guide. If jobs are stacking up in the queue instead, restart the Windows Print Spooler. If it still will not print, schedule a technician at 866-430-2874.
