Rena AS-650 Address Printer by Quadient

The Rena AS-650, you thought the Rena 2.5 and 3.0 were great! Prepare to be amazed!

Print the Address, Indicia, and Mailing Address in 1 pass FAST

Yes, the Rena 2.5 and Rena 3.0 were great, but like all envelope printers, it had a few quirks. The engineers eliminated the wort quirks when designing the Rena AS-650 by Quadient!

The new and GREATLY improved color touchscreen interface of the Rena AS-650 makes life so much easier. Redesigned, from setup to diagnostics and usability, the entire menu system has improved.

The Rena AS-650 offers more print area.

The print heads on the Rena 2.5 could only get so close together. The head spacing made it hard for those wanting to print the return address, indicia, and delivery address, hard on smaller envelopes. No longer a problem on the new Quadient AS-650 addressing system. And now you have an extra 1/2″ of print height compared to the Rena 2.5

The2 independent print banks on the Rena AS-650 can be positioned anywhere across an 11″ print area.

Print Heads on the Rena AS-650

The Rena AS-650 has two independent print banks that can be overlapped. Each bank has a print height of 1.5 inches.

If you rarely need to print the return address, indicia, and delivery address simultaneously, consider the Rena AS-450 with 2 inches of print or the Rena AS-150 with 1 inch of print.

With the Rena AS-650, the Engineers Listened!

If you had a Rena Imager 2.5 or Rena Imager 3.0 long enough, you probably wore out one of the electrical components of head height adjustment. The failing rheostats caused the heads to bounce or jerk up and down. This rare but annoying problem is gone! The head height is now 100% mechanical on the Quadient AS-650. No more electronics to wear out and fail.

Good riddance, Parallel port, hello USB 3.0, Ethernet, WiFi. You read that right; not only is the Rena AS-650 USB 3.0 and Ethernet-ready, but it is also WI-Fi ready.

Smart Ink and the Rena AS-650 by Quadient

You could not adjust to accommodate some specialty inks with the old printers. This is no longer an issue with the AS-650. By using smart ink technology, the printer knows what cartridge you are using and makes the correct adjustments to use the ink. You can even mix and match inks across heads if needed. You can view all the new inks optimized for the Rena AS-650 here.
