All For Mailers and Supplies For Mailers offer Net 30 billing to qualified business and government accounts. Most new customers start on prepaid/COD — to be considered for terms, just complete the short application below.

How it works

Government, schools & hospitals: send us your purchase order and we can usually set you up right away. (Government accounts can skip the trade-reference section on the form.)
Established customers: if you’ve ordered with us for a while, you’re welcome to apply — we’ll factor in your history.
New businesses: complete the application, including bank and trade references, and keep a payment method on file. We review within 2–3 business days.

What you’ll need to complete the application

Your legal business name and Federal Tax ID (EIN)
Accounts payable contact — name, email, and phone
One bank reference and three trade references (not required for government accounts)
A payment method (card or ACH) to keep on file — after your account is approved, we’ll email a secure link to set it up. Nothing to enter now.

Terms & Authorization

Net 30 Terms. Approved accounts are billed Net 30 from invoice date. Past-due balances accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year). Accounts more than 10 days past due automatically revert to prepaid/COD until cleared. A valid credit card or ACH authorization must remain on file; AFM/SFM may charge it for any balance over 15 days past due, plus a $20 collection fee. AFM/SFM may set, adjust, or revoke a credit limit at any time; orders above the approved limit ship prepaid. A personal guarantee may be required for sole proprietors and businesses under two years old. Accounts are not on terms until approved in writing; until then, orders ship prepaid/COD.
