Description
About the Walco VF200PB
The Walco VF200PB is a VF Series vacuum friction feeder with a 19.9 in width capacity that adds a denesting feature. Denesting separates items that tend to nest or cling together so each piece can be fed individually.
For products that stack or nest, reliable separation is the hardest part of automated feeding. The VF200PB’s denesting capability makes it suited to those difficult items on a production line, singulating each one and feeding it onto downstream transport or processing equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the denesting feature on the VF200PB?
The denesting feature separates nested or stacked items so the feeder can singulate and feed them one at a time.
What width does the VF200PB handle?
It has the VF Series 19.9 in width capacity.
How does the VF200PB compare to the standard VF200?
Both are 19.9 in width capacity VF Series vacuum friction feeders. The VF200PB adds denesting for products that cling or nest together, which is the hardest case in automated feeding; the standard VF200 covers card stock, chipboard, corrugated boxes and envelopes without that feature.
