About the Walco VF200
The Walco VF200 is a vacuum friction feeder from Walco’s VF Series with a 19.9 in width capacity. It combines vacuum hold-down with friction feeding to reliably separate and singulate a wide range of stock, including card stock, chipboard, corrugated boxes, and envelopes.
It feeds pieces down to a 3 in minimum length, or 2 in when equipped with the optional VF-CK card kit. In a production mail line the VF200 feeds pieces one at a time onto downstream transport, addressing, or inserting equipment, reducing manual handling and keeping a consistent, gap-controlled stream of product.
