About the Walco VF200-D
The Walco VF200-D is a VF Series vacuum friction feeder with a 19.9 in width capacity, configured for demand feed. In demand-feed mode the feeder dispenses a piece only when signaled by downstream equipment, rather than running continuously.
Demand feeding lets the VF200-D synchronize with the rest of a production mail line, releasing each piece exactly when the next station is ready for it. This keeps the line coordinated and avoids product backing up or gapping incorrectly between machines.
