It’s easy to overlook the conveyors when you’re assembling a large mailing line — but they’re the roadways between every node in your system, and without them you’re getting nowhere fast. Walco puts as much care into its conveyors as into any primary component. Built with high torque capacity, they stand up to the most rigorous use, whether you’re running low volume or pushing 24/7 at high speed.
They’re also built to fit smartly into any existing setup. The straight drive system accepts signals from elsewhere in the chain — the printer or feeder — and automatically adjusts speed to match each stage, so you maintain control through the most vital moments like printing, drying and inserting. Features include seamless 3-inch adjustable belts, shingling-style end caps with cutout, height adjustment from 29.5 to 33.5 inches, a durable powder-coat finish, four-caster mobility, leveling screws and a heavy-duty gear-drive motor. Lengths run 4, 6, 8 and 10 feet (480/720/960/1200VSC), each 15.5 inches wide. Options include a straight-away delivery kit, standalone motor and speed-control modules, and printer integration.
