Walco Vacuum Transport Systems are built for maximum durability — able to survive round-the-clock use in high-volume operations — and flexible enough to meet any size demand, with 24, 35, 42, 65.6 and 96-inch length models available. Start small for today’s needs or go large with room to upgrade later.
The vacuum hold-down dramatically improves reliability and accuracy, letting you run almost any material. Full-frame construction and industrial bearings in the 12-inch-wide rollers mean they’re built to last, backed by Walco’s industry-leading one-year warranty. Features include variable speeds, adjustable belts and infeed guides, thru-belt vacuum technology, and — on the 655 and 350 models — independent vacuum controls, feeder interlock switch, and integrated VSC conveyor controls. All models handle a minimum 2 x 3 in. piece up to 20 in. wide and 1 in. thick, run left-to-right or right-to-left, height-adjust 33–36 in., and use a 110 VAC 10-amp single-phase circuit. An optional Speed Following system controls every component from one panel.

How do the VT transports and the VSC conveyors work together?
The VT vacuum transport is the powered backbone: it holds pieces down with thru-belt vacuum and drives the line. The VSC collection conveyors have no drive of their own and take theirs from an upstream PK, SB or VT base, or from an added VSC-SAD stand-alone drive. In practice you size the VT to the work and add VSC length for accumulation.
