Description
About the Walco Industrial Inkjet Drying Systems
Walco Industrial Inkjet Drying Systems are the best friends of your inkjet address printer. When employees accidentally smear wet ink, it costs time and money — these inline dryers let you keep inkjet speed without sacrificing clean, professional mail. Choose the 240D for a budget-friendly, compact dryer that handles most documents, or the 350D when you run a wide range of papers and need the fullest range of drying options.
Both models feature integrated temperature control, a center vacuum tube, adjustable heat belts, 12-inch steel transport rollers, adjustable transport speed and direction, and triple safety interlocks with an operator e-stop. Drying options span 4,000-watt infrared and 2,400/6,480-watt near-infrared on both models, with the 350D adding 6,400/8,000-watt infrared and 9,720-watt near-infrared for higher line speeds. Optional speed following, an upstream product-interlock sensor and an upstream stop interlock extend bulb and belt life and save energy.
