About the Walco FUV-6
The Walco FUV-6 is a Fannon UV LED curing system with a 160 mm x 40 mm emitter window. UV LED curing instantly sets UV-formulated inks and coatings as pieces pass under the lamp, running cool and energy-efficient compared with traditional UV.
Mounted over a conveyor in a production mail or print-finishing line, the FUV-6’s wider 160 mm x 40 mm emitter covers broader work than the FUV-3, making it the choice when you need a larger cure zone across the web or piece. A mount is included.
Inline, the FUV-6 also mounts over the dry section of the Walco SB Series split bases — 4224SB, 4224SBH, 4224SBX, 4235SB, 4235SBH and 4235SBX — with its included mount.
