About the Walco FUV-3
The Walco FUV-3 is a Fannon UV LED curing system with an 80 mm x 40 mm emitter window. UV LED curing instantly sets UV-formulated inks and coatings the moment they pass under the lamp, with the cool, energy-efficient operation LED curing is known for.
In a production mail or print-finishing line, the FUV-3 mounts over the conveyor to cure UV inks and coatings on the fly. Its 80 mm x 40 mm emitter suits narrower work or spot-curing applications where a compact cure zone is needed. A mount is included.
Inline, the FUV-3 also mounts over the dry section of the Walco SB Series split bases — 4224SB, 4224SBH, 4224SBX, 4235SB, 4235SBH and 4235SBX — with its included mount.
