Walco 575ITO Inline Turnover
The Walco 575ITO is an inline turnover that flips your product between stations — no setup, no operator handling — so two-sided tabbing, addressing, or printing runs in one continuous pass.
Description
About the Walco 575ITO
Don’t stop production just to turn the product over and run the other side. The Walco 575ITO Inline Turnover is a simple, cost-effective solution for dual-sided applications — it flips your medium with no setup at all. Just run the product down the middle of the belts and it comes out the other end flipped over and ready for the next machine.
Its uses stack up fast: take the output from one tabber, flip it with the 575ITO, and feed it into another tabber to tab the opposite side, then out to the address printer. Or address one side, flip it, and add a custom message to the other. Built with pride in the USA from non-proprietary components, with large-diameter steel shafts, steel drive pulleys and rollers, and sealed shaft locking collar bearings, the 575ITO is variable-speed, quick to set up, and built so a simple repair won’t break the bank.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
The 575ITO is no longer in current production, but as a veteran-owned dealer whose people have been in the mailing and print-finishing industry since 1991, All For Mailers still stands behind it with genuine parts and experienced service. If you’re building a new two-sided line, ask us to spec a current Walco turnover — the same rugged drivetrain, updated for today’s setups.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Walco 575ITO still available new?
This configuration is legacy and typically quoted through us rather than sold off the shelf. We support installed 575ITO units and can spec a current Walco inline turnover for new lines.
What does the 575ITO actually do on a line?
It flips each piece over as it travels between stations — no operator handling and no break in throughput — so you can tab, address, or print on both sides in one pass.
Do I need a 575ITO or a 200RT?
The 575ITO is a straight inline turnover: it flips the piece and sends it on in the same direction, with no setup. The 200RT both flips the piece and turns it through a right angle, taking 6 in long material at 8.5–20 in wide. Choose the 200RT when the layout needs a corner as well as a flip; the 575ITO when the line runs straight.
Can I still get parts and supplies?
