Walco 350INC Incline Bump Turn
The Walco 350INC Incline Bump Turn lets you run a low-output folder or tabber inline with the rest of your equipment — one adjustment raises the infeed to meet it, ramping product up to standard-height machines.
Description
About the Walco 350INC
Now you can run your folder or tabber inline with the rest of your equipment, thanks to the Walco 350INC Incline Bump Turn System. With one simple adjustment, the infeed end drops to meet the outfeed of your folder, tabber or any low-output machine. The output end stays stationary, creating an adjustable inclined ramp that carries product up to a standard-height tabber or addressing machine.
Made in the USA by Walco and built to last, the 350INC turns left or right, offers variable-speed transport, and has adjustable belts and guides for quick, easy setup. Its uncompromising drivetrain uses large-diameter steel shafts, steel drive pulleys, 12"-wide steel rollers and sealed shaft locking collar bearings. It handles material from 5"L x 3"W up to 8.5"W x 11"L, up to 1/2" thick standard; measures 35"L x 23.5"W with infeed 20–36"H and outfeed 33–36"H; and runs on a 110 VAC single-phase 10-amp circuit.
In a production mail line, an incline / bump-turn section links equipment that sits at different heights or on different runs of the floor, keeping product moving continuously as it climbs and changes direction. It is used to route flow around a corner or up to a downstream station without manual handling.
