About the Walco 350D
The Walco 350D is a 35 in stand-alone dryer base that transports mail pieces through a drying station so freshly inkjet-addressed or coated pieces set before they are handled or stacked. A dryer interlock is included, so the transport and the dryer lamp operate together safely.
Set up as a stand-alone unit, the 350D carries pieces beneath a dryer lamp on a 35 in bed, giving inline drying between an inkjet or coating head and the downstream collection point. The dryer lamp itself is sold separately, letting you match the lamp — such as a Fannon IR, FNIR or UV unit — to your ink or coating.
Dryer & Curing Options
The 350D carries any of the Fannon dryers and curing lamps All For Mailers offers:
- Infrared: Walco FIR 4000, FIR 6400 and FIR 8000 Fannon IR dryers (fitted via the Walco 2110-3 IR dryer mount, sold separately)
- Near-infrared: Walco FNIR 6480 and FNIR 9720 Fannon NIR dryers (2110-3 mount, sold separately)
- UV LED: Walco FUV-3 and FUV-6 Fannon UV LED curing systems (mount included)
