Description

About the Walco 200RT

The Walco 200RT Right Turn – Turnover System targets a specific but fundamental mailroom need: flipping documents while turning them at a right angle. Mailrooms are often cramped, with heavy machinery at various angles, and the 200RT gives operations the flexibility to extend line layouts and raise productivity. It attaches to multiple devices and hardware configurations to bring order to even the most convoluted setups.

Despite that capability, it couldn’t be simpler to install. Standard sheets are justified to the center of the machine, so nothing complicated is expected of operators — reducing supervision and saving money. Built to Walco’s long-standing engineering standards for rigid structural integrity and easy maintenance, it uses steel drive pulleys and rollers with sealed shaft locking collar bearings and variable transport speed. It handles material at 6"L and 8.5–20"W, and thicknesses from roughly 20 to 100 count sheets. It’s commonly paired with a Walco 240BT Bump Turn or a Rena XPS-ProTab tabbing system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Walco 200RT still available new?
It's a legacy production component, quoted through us. We support installed units and can spec a current Walco right-turn or bump-turn.

What does the 200RT do and what does it handle?
It flips documents while rotating them 90 degrees, on material 6"L x 8.5–20"W, at variable transport speed — ideal for changing your line's direction in tight spaces.

Do I need a 200RT or a 240BT?
The 240BT is a bump turn: it rotates the piece 90 degrees on the flat, handling 5 in L x 3 in W up to 8.5 in W x 11 in L. The 200RT both turns at a right angle and flips the piece over, taking 6 in long material at 8.5–20 in wide. Choose the 200RT when the sheet has to arrive face-down as well as re-aimed; the two are commonly used together.

Can I still get parts and supplies?
Yes — visit SuppliesForMailers.com or call 866-430-2874.
