About the R-12D
The Straight Shooter R-12D — and its wide-format sibling the R-20D — is the answer to both demand and continuous-feed applications. It uses established Straight Shooter innovations like Buckle Separation and adjustable feed belts and separators to give you a simple, cost-effective solution for a wide range of packaging and mailing jobs. Its unique adjustable PIVOT-angle acceleration table lets you present documents to your production machinery at the ideal angle for the job. The R-12D includes the enhanced E-series accel table plus start and stop photo-eyes.
Set the table flat for inkjetting or tabbing, or tilt it down to boost performance with collators and bindery equipment. The R-12D feeds into collators, shrink-wrap equipment, plow folders, inkjet systems, tabbing machines and bindery equipment at up to 40,000 postcards per hour. Complete paper guides deliver documents straight, repositionable belts put the friction where you want it, and quick belt changes reduce downtime. It handles media 3″ to 12″ wide and 2″ to 17″ long, single sheets up to 3/8″ thick.
