The Straight Shooter R-12 (formerly the C-12 / Rena C120) is a 12″ continuous friction feeder that feeds batches of mixed media — up to about 40,000 postcards per hour — into printers, tabbers and mailing lines without pre-sorting.

About the R-12
The Straight Shooter R-12 is a 12″ continuous friction feeder built to expand the reach of your existing mail equipment (this is the current model that replaces the older C-12 / Rena C120 designation). If you run regular batches of irregular media, it eliminates the hassle of sorting into stacks by width first: stuffed envelopes, booklets, magnets, plastic cards and even CDs can be batched together and fed straight through without jams or changing settings. This configuration ships with the standard 1/6 HP motor.
Heavy-duty guides run completely through the feeder to prevent off-center feeding, and the feed belts are easy to reposition, remove or replace for odd-sized pieces. Multiple separators and belts allow fully customized jobs, handling media up to 12″ wide and 17″ long at speeds up to 40,000 postcards per hour. Buckle Separation eliminates the nip point that damages product and wears out rollers and belts.
