About the Straight Shooter B-12E
The Straight Shooter B-12E line of friction feeders is the answer to single-shot, batch-feed and continuous-feed applications. Using proven Straight Shooter innovations like Buckle Separation and repositionable feed belts and separators, it delivers a simple, cost-effective feeding solution for packaging and mailing lines — and you can switch from batch counting to continuous feeding with the flip of a switch.
Its adjustable-angle acceleration table is the standout feature: set it flat for inkjetting or tabbing, or angled downward for collators and bindery equipment, so documents reach your production machinery at the optimum angle. Complete paper guides deliver documents straight, repositionable belts put the friction where you want it, and multiple independently adjustable separators add versatility. Quick, easy belt changes cut downtime. The B-12E feeds media 3" to 12" wide and 2" to 17" long, up to 3/8" thick, at up to 40,000 postcards per hour — feeding into collators, shrink-wrap equipment, plow folders, inkjet gear, tabbers and bindery equipment. It weighs 55 lbs and runs on 120 VAC (240 optional).

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
