About the Secap SA3350
The Secap SA3350 Color Address Printer helps your mail stand out in a crowded mailbox. Adding color and personalization drives response — an InfoTrends study cited on the original page found more than a 300% increase in response rates for personalized color mail over personalized black-and-white — and the SA3350 makes every piece count with bright color printing and flexible personalization.
The SA3350 holds up to 750 #10 envelopes and prints up to 14,000 per hour, accepting media up to 15" wide and 1/4" thick. Six print modes (Draft, Light Draft, Letter, Light Letter, Executive and Light Executive) let you tune speed against quality, and it prints graphics, barcodes and unlimited TrueType fonts at up to 600 dpi. An open design allows printing on oversized materials, and an optional conveyor and dryer keep everything smudge-free. Control it from the on-equipment panel or your computer; it supports USPS, PLANET Code, Intelligent Mail and EAN-13/UPC-A barcodes over USB or Ethernet.

Straight talk: some parts for the Secap SA3350 are getting hard to find — but it was built to last. These were genuinely well-made units, and a well-cared-for one may run for years yet. It’s off the current price lists, and while we can still source many parts, certain components — most often boards, displays and electronics — are increasingly scarce. We can often keep one running. We just can’t promise it indefinitely.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Already own one? Call 866-430-2874 before you commit to a major repair — we’ll tell you honestly whether the part exists and whether the repair is worth it. SuppliesForMailers.com still stocks consumables.
Shopping today? We’d steer you toward a current, supported platform — the Quadient MACH 5, MACH 6 and MACH 7 (with MACH FDR feeder), or the Formax ColorMax7, ColorMax8 and ColorMax9. Tell us your volume and piece sizes and we’ll match you to the right machine, with parts, service and lifetime phone support behind it.
The Secap SA3350 has been discontinued and is no longer supported new by the manufacturer. All For Mailers — veteran-owned, with people in the mailing industry since 1991 — can still help you source ink, supplies and parts where available through SuppliesForMailers.com, and recommend a current color address printer.
