About the XPS ProTab 4.0
The RENA XPS ProTab 4.0 is a high-speed tabber, stamp affixer and label applicator in a single machine. It applies up to three tabs or stamps per pass — including multiple stamps at one time — running up to 35,000 pieces per hour single tab, 30,000 double tab and 20,000 triple tab. Switch to labeling and it applies 1 x 4 inch roll labels at up to 24,000 per hour, or fan-folded labels at up to 9,500 per hour, with label sizes up to 4 x 7 inches in roll or fan-fold form.
Tab materials include clear, translucent and paper tabs plus postage stamps, from 3/4 x 3/4 inch up to 2 x 7 inches, placed with accuracy of plus or minus 1/8 inch from the front or back of the transport. Material range runs 3 x 5 up to 13 x 17 inches, and a precision cam system raises the entire head to handle pieces up to 1/2 inch thick. The 19-inch reel capacity (3-inch core) gives roughly an hour of uninterrupted running, with safety interlocks and an emergency stop. Request a quote — call 866-430-2874.
