About the T-650
The RENA / Quadient T-650 is a multi-side tabletop booklet tabber and stamp affixer with dual tab heads — one fixed and one repositionable for side or leading-edge work. It applies tabs to the top and side of a mailpiece simultaneously, or side-to-side on opposite edges, in a single pass. Rated speeds run up to 25,000 pieces per hour with a single tab, 15,000 double-tabbed, and 10,000 triple-tabbed.
It runs clear, translucent, or paper tabs plus postage stamps, placing up to 3 tabs on two sides or 3 stamps per pass. Tab sizes range from 3/4 x 3/4 inch up to 1.5 x 1.5 inches — including the 1.5-inch tabs required for letter-size booklets — held to +/-1/16-inch accuracy from a 9-inch reel on a 3-inch core. Media handling covers pieces from 5 x 3.5 inches up to 11 x 15 inches and 1/4-inch thick, and the in-line design includes start/stop feeder control. The unit weighs 75 lbs.
