About the Rena MACH 6
The Rena MACH 6 is a 1600 dpi digital color inkjet printer engineered for thick media — envelopes, postcards, and letters that ordinary office printers refuse to feed cleanly. Built around a Memjet printhead, it delivers full-color output that turns plain mail into branded mail, which is why growing print-for-pay shops and marketing-driven mailers put it at the heart of their operation.
In the mailroom workflow, the MACH 6 lives at the printing station: envelopes, postcards, and letters are fed in, printed in full color, and sent on to sealing, sorting, and trays. Because it prints in color, addressing and branding can happen at the same station instead of requiring pre-printed shells. It runs on proprietary Rena ink supplies — five 250 ml tanks covering CMYK plus a second black — so plan your consumables through a dealer who actually stocks them.
