About the MACH 5 SMC
The MACH 5 SMC is a three-piece production system: the RENA MACH 5 Memjet digital color envelope printer, a TB-390 three-foot variable-speed conveyor for collecting and stacking output, and mColor RIP color management software. It is the configuration to choose when brand-accurate color matters as much as speed.
The printer produces up to 7,500 #10 envelopes per hour at 1600 x 800 dpi (12 ips), with 1600 x 1600 dpi available at 6 ips, across an 8.5 x 17 inch full-bleed print area on media up to 9.5 x 17 inches and 1/48 inch thick. The mColor software is based on the Harlequin RIP and brings spot color adjustment for matching logo colors, built-in ICC profiles for a variety of papers, and network job submission from Mac or PC.
