About the FlexMail 4.3 Advanced

FlexMail 4.3 Advanced Edition is variable data and barcode design software sold as a permanent license — no annual renewal. It places any fixed or variable text in your layout, combining fields into a single line while suppressing unnecessary spaces and removing blank lines, in any font and formatting you choose. Barcode support runs to more than 80 types, including 2-D and postal barcodes, and fixed or variable graphics in a wide variety of formats can go anywhere in the layout.

Multi-page PDF files can be opened “as database”, duplex and variable-sized layouts are supported, page backgrounds can be imported, variable images can be driven by conditional data, and color adjustment features let you correct image colors and save the corrections as profiles. Database management tools convert databases between supported formats, merge them, purge records that exist in another file, and find and remove duplicate records on any combination of fields — useful before an expensive mailing goes out the door. Content for postal barcodes and indicia can be generated, postal indicia are supported, Visual Basic .NET functions and look-up tables are available, and production work is covered by print to PDF, printing simultaneously on multiple printers, PDF print proofs and print-cost calculation.
