About the Rena Envelope Imager XT 4.0
Some mailing projects demand total saturation of a region, and only a few machines can stand up to it. The Rena Envelope Imager XT 4.0 was built for exactly that — producing up to 26,000 #10 envelopes or 34,000 postcards in a single hour, a serious asset when delivery timing is tied to business results.
The XT 4.0 built on the success of the XT 3.0 by adding a larger 4-inch print area split across four individual printing modules, using eight high-capacity cartridges. With TrueType font support, it could lay down attention lines, postal barcodes, return addresses and more in one pass, at up to 600 dpi with normal or reverse orientation. It handled material from 5" to 17" long, 3" to 13.5" wide, up to 3/8" thick, on the AccuTrak center-linked vacuum transport with adjustable outer belts, and was rated for 120 million addresses (2,000,000/month over five years). Options included T-750/T-950 inline tabbing, EASYFEED and XPS-ProFeed feeders, conveyor/stacker/dryer, and a right-to-left configuration.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
This address printer is no longer being made — call for availability. All For Mailers supports installed XT 4.0 units with parts and supplies, and can spec a current Rena/Quadient addressing system when you’re ready to upgrade.
Straight talk: the Rena Envelope Imager XT 4.0 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.
Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.
