Description

About the Rena Envelope Imager XT 3.0

If you’re running a mailing business or canvassing a whole city, few machines match the Rena Envelope Imager XT 3.0 for brute capability — a big printer built for the biggest jobs. It’s built for years of continuous production, and it’s fast: up to 26,000 #10 envelopes or 34,000 postcards an hour. Paired with mailing software like Satori Bulk Mailer, there’s little it can’t handle.

The XT 3.0 offers a 3-inch print area across three independent print heads (3 + 2 + 1 pen design), using six HP 45A-style high-capacity cartridges, at up to 600 dpi. The five-channel AccuTrak vacuum transport keeps envelopes in registration, with easily repositioned outer belts, and a cartridge storage compartment extends ink life. It handles material 5" to 17" long, 3" to 13.5" wide, up to 3/8" thick; 16"H x 30"L x 24"W; 110 lb; 115/240VAC. Optional feeders, tabbers and conveyor/stacker/dryer were available.

Still Supported by All For Mailers

This address printer is no longer being made — call for availability. All For Mailers supports installed XT 3.0 units with parts and supplies. If you need more print area, the XT 4.0 stepped up to a 4-inch band; we can also spec a current Rena/Quadient system.

Straight talk: the Rena Envelope Imager XT 3.0 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.

Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.

Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.

Also known as: this machine was also sold as the the AJ-3600P, Neopost AS-980, and Hasler HJ-980 — same machine, different badge. Looking for one under a different name? Contact us: the same unit is often available wearing another brand’s model number, and parts, supplies, and service experience carry straight over.
