Description
About the Rena Envelope Imager 3.0
The Rena Envelope Imager 3.0 is one of the best values in tabletop addressing, built to add automation and a professional finish to your mailroom. It creates personalized mailers effortlessly at 600 x 600 dpi, with speeds up to 34,000 postcards or 26,000 envelopes per hour. Even heavy users appreciate its durability in continuous production use.
It uses two independent print heads, each a three-pen stitched design, for a 3″ image area with a 12″ vertical range per head. A large hopper holds up to 750 #10 envelopes, four print qualities let you trade speed for resolution, a six-cartridge HP 45A-style setup gets the most out of every ink tank, and a visible ink monitor keeps you informed. It prints graphics, logos and barcodes, handles material 3″ to 13.5″ wide and 5″ to 17″ long up to 3/8″ thick, weighs 80 lbs, and runs on 115 or 240 VAC.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
The Imager 3.0 has been superseded in the current line by the Rena Envelope Imager XT 3.0 and XT 4.0, but All For Mailers still supports it with ink, feed rollers, separators and parts. If you run one, we can keep it addressing reliably.
Straight talk: the Rena Envelope Imager 3.0 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.
Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.
