About the Quadient MACH 7
The Quadient MACH 7 delivers fast, full-color output with real durability, built for operations printing over 50,000 envelopes a month. It uses advanced HP Thermal Inkjet 4.0 technology and pigment-based CMYK inks to produce vivid, fade-resistant, waterproof results on a wide range of substrates — perfect for edge-to-edge envelope branding, direct mail and specialty packaging.
It runs up to 10,000 #10 envelopes per hour at 1200 x 1200 dpi, accepts materials up to 0.5″ thick and sizes up to 15″ x 30″, and prints up to 11.7″ wide. The AccuTrak registration system keeps everything aligned and reduces jams, and a 7″ touchscreen with USB and Ethernet makes setup simple. The pigment inks stand up to handling, moisture and the rigors of mailing, giving a low cost per piece with strong workflow integration.
