Postmatic Stamp Affixing System

The Postmatic Stamp Affixing System applies real postage stamps from coils of 3,000 or 10,000 at speeds over 18,000 pieces per hour, as an inline base or machine attachment. All For Mailers does not carry this line new but can recommend a current stamp-affixing solution.

Description

About the Postmatic Stamp Affixing System

When it comes to applying postage inline, Postmatic was long the go-to name — the #1 source for high-speed inline stamp applying. Its stamp affixers place real postage stamps at production speed and can be set up inline with just about anything: an inserter, printer, feeder, inkjet system, labeler or tabber, or run off-line as a standalone with a feeder.

Postmatic affixers apply stamps from coils of 3,000 or 10,000 at cycle speeds in excess of 18,000 pieces per hour, with transport speeds up to about 330 feet per minute. Vacuum belt transport technology and precision gear-drive electronics assure fast, accurate placement for 24/7 operation. The Model 6000SA (for Pitney Bowes machines) and Model 7000SA (for Neopost machines) drop onto a Postmatic Inline Stamping Base with no modifications, and the standard base handles pieces up to 7″W x 14″L, placing one stamp per cycle adjustable from the leading edge.

Still Supported by All For Mailers

All For Mailers is a veteran-owned dealer, established in 2006 — our people have been in the mailing and print-finishing industry since 1991.

If you need a current stamp-affixing or postage solution, our team can point you toward options such as the All For Mailers AFM80ST low-cost stamp applicator or the Rena L-350, T-750 and T-950 inline tabber/stamp affixers — just reach out.

Straight talk: the Postmatic Stamp Affixing System is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.

Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.

Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Postmatic Stamp Affixer still available new?
All For Mailers does not carry the Postmatic line new and does not provide a factory parts-and-service path for it. If you need a stamp-affixing solution, contact us and we can point you toward current options such as the AFM80ST or the Rena L-350, T-750 and T-950.

How fast did the Postmatic stamp affixer run and what coils did it use?
Postmatic affixers applied stamps from coils of 3,000 or 10,000 at cycle speeds in excess of 18,000 pieces per hour, with transport speeds up to about 330 feet per minute, as inline stamping bases or machine attachments.

What is the difference between the Model 6000SA and the Model 7000SA?
They are the same affixer matched to different host equipment — the 6000SA drops onto a Postmatic Inline Stamping Base for Pitney Bowes machines and the 7000SA for Neopost machines, both without modifications to the host.
