Description

About the Neopost SI-68 / Hasler M6000

The Neopost SI-68 — also sold as the Hasler M6000 — is a folder-inserter designed for the mid-size enterprise that today processes mail manually or on inserters that require fussy manual settings. It won the Design prize at CEBIT 2002 and fits easily into an office, handling everyday document types plus the big end-of-month runs.

It processes up to 45 inserts a minute and up to 30,000 inserts a month. Patented Load ’n’ Go technology automatically measures document size for immediate startup with no settings, and each of its three feeders handles documents with variable page quantities, business reply envelopes and even small catalogs. The SI-68 memorizes job settings — thickness, size, fold length, number of documents, annexes and more — so you call up a job on the large screen and start with one touch.

Still Supported by All For Mailers

The SI-68 / Hasler M6000 is no longer in current production, but All For Mailers still supports it with parts and supplies. For a current folder-inserter we can point you to today’s models; contact us for a recommendation.

Straight talk: the Neopost SI-68 / Hasler M6000 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.

Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.

Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.
