Description
About the Neopost SI-62 / Hasler M3000
Inserting is easy with the Neopost SI-62 — also sold as the Hasler M3000. Like an office photocopier, you can walk up to it throughout the day and turn an envelope with up to five inserts into a crisp, professional mailing in seconds. It processes up to 2,200 inserts per hour, and unlike many all-plastic inserters, you can tell from the moment you set it on the table that it is built tough and means business.
Its FlexFeeders handle just about any insert size or type — A4, A5, leaflets, postcards, envelopes, even stapled leaflets — while Secure ’N Feed prevents double feeds by checking the thickness of each item. Load ’n’ Go lets you simply load envelopes and inserts and press start; the machine measures everything, sets the folds and runs, and you can save settings for next time. Every part of the paper path is easy to access to clear a stop in seconds, up to nine job profiles are stored on the graphic display, and PowerFold 5 creates crisp folds and nests inserts for a professional mailing while folding to fit smaller envelopes to save on postage. Optional in-line franking and OMR are available.

Straight talk: the Neopost SI-62 / Hasler M3000 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.
Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.
Condition & Our Refurb Process
All For Mailers refurbished equipment goes through inspection, cleaning, wear-part replacement, and a full function test before it’s offered for sale. Per the original listing, each unit includes over $600 in new consumable parts — new feed and separator rollers at all feed stations and a new envelope flap moistener brush — plus roughly 6–8 hours of bench work, a letter catch tray, power cord, complete operator and repair manual, a 30-day parts warranty, and lifetime phone tech support. We can also pre-program the machine to your job specifications before shipment.
Why Buy Used From All For Mailers
Veteran-owned, expert since 1991 — refurb-bench transparency and real support on every used machine we sell, not just a used listing with no backup.
