Description
About the Hasler HJ930
The Hasler HJ930 is the Rena Imager taken to the next level — essentially a faster Rena Imager II that also feeds a thicker mailpiece, up to about 1/4″ thick. Anyone who has run a Rena Imager I or Hasler HJ830 will tell you how reliable this series is. In fact, when Bryce Office Systems set out to make a small desktop unit, they ordered an Imager I and based the design of the 22K on it — a good copy, but not as durable or dependable as the original.
It prints up to 26,000 #10 envelopes per hour at print qualities from 150 up to 600 dpi. It handles paper from 2.75″ to 14″ wide and 5.3″ to 19″ long, up to 1/4″ thick, with a 1.5″ x 19.6″ print area. The machine measures 26″L x 20″H x 16″D and weighs 44 lbs. When All For Mailers refurbishes one, we replace rollers and separators, clean and test the unit, replace any failing motor, bearing, belt or sensor, and computer-test at least 2,000 pieces — then include drivers, remote setup assistance, ink cartridges and cleaning supplies.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
The HJ930 is no longer in current production, but All For Mailers still supports it with ink, feed rollers, separators and parts (it shares the Rena Imager II / DA613 parts family). For a current tabletop address printer we can point you to today’s Rena models.
Straight talk: some parts for the Hasler HJ930 are getting hard to find — but it was built to last. These were genuinely well-made units, and a well-cared-for one may run for years yet. It’s off the current price lists, and while we can still source many parts, certain components — most often boards, displays and electronics — are increasingly scarce. We can often keep one running. We just can’t promise it indefinitely.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Already own one? Call 866-430-2874 before you commit to a major repair — we’ll tell you honestly whether the part exists and whether the repair is worth it. SuppliesForMailers.com still stocks consumables.
Shopping today? We’d steer you toward a current, supported platform — the RENA AS-150, AS-450, AS-650 and AS-850, or the Formax AP2 (2in), AP3 (3in) and AP4 (4in in-line). Tell us your volume and piece sizes and we’ll match you to the right machine, with parts, service and lifetime phone support behind it.
