About the V-Stack36i
The Formax V-Stack36i is a vertical stacking conveyor that holds up to 22 inches of folded documents in a neat, sequential stack. Photo-eye activation keeps the transport moving only when documents arrive, a six-ball-roller infeed deck with two guide wheels keeps pieces tracking straight, and an LED lamp alerts the operator when the stack nears full capacity. An adjustable vertical paper stop accommodates documents up to 7 inches high by 12 inches wide.
An available interlock for FD 38Xi folders and FD 2056/2096/2300 Series pressure sealers automatically stops both machines when the stacker is full — no spills, no overruns. An optional height-adjustable stand with locking casters is available and is required when pairing with production pressure sealers. One important planning note: the V-Stack36i must be purchased with its host machine, since it cannot be interfaced in the field.
