About the Square iT2
The Formax Square iT2 turns ordinary saddle-stitched booklets into flat, professional squareback documents by squaring the binding and trimming the face edge in a single pass. A side-trim function handles the top and bottom edges of full-bleed booklets in multiple passes. It accepts booklet sizes from 5 x 8 inches up to 12.6 x 12.2 inches and finishes sets of up to 50 folded and stapled sheets — a 200-page booklet of 20# bond.
Rated for up to 20,000 booklets per month, the Square iT2 offers adjustable square-fold pressure for different stocks, a color touchscreen with step-by-step instructions and saved job settings, and an automatic belt-feed output conveyor stacker. It runs stand-alone or in-line with compatible equipment, and the accessible waste tray keeps trimmed edges from slowing you down.
