The Formax Square iT is a squareback booklet finisher that gives stapled booklets the look of a square, perfect-bound-style spine. It handles booklets up to 9.5in x 12.75in and up to 24 sheets of 80gsm — 96 pages — with four thickness settings selected from the control panel to match the booklet in hand.
Squareback booklets lie flat, are easier to front-trim, and open the door to printing on the spine — a big step up in perceived quality for catalogs, programs, and reports. The Square iT runs hand-fed as a stand-alone unit or in-line with finishing devices, and its compact tabletop format keeps it flexible.
