About the Mint 410 Series
When daily volume outgrows a mid-range meter, the Formax Mint 410 Series steps up: it seals, weighs, measures, meters, and stacks at up to 300 letters per minute while meeting USPS IMI and DIM requirements. The automatic feeder takes mixed-size envelopes as they come, and dual-pump jet-spray sealing with five spray levels keeps flaps closed at full speed.
The 10 lb weighing platform (30 and 70 lb options, plus a differential weighing upgrade) pairs with an optional Dynamic Scale that processes 160 letters or 180 postcards per minute. Operators get a color touchscreen, 15 preset jobs, and 10 personalized imprints; managers get 100 departmental accounts, expandable to 3,000. Ultra-high-capacity ink tanks run up to 115,000 imprints, rates refresh over LAN every 72 hours, and a postage tape dispenser plus an optional power conveyor stacker handle the odd pieces and the output pile.
