About the Mint 310 Series
The Formax Mint 310 Series is a high-volume postage meter and mailing system for offices with serious daily mail. The series comes in two models — the Mint 310 at up to 140 letters per minute and the Mint 310 Expert at up to 175 — and both meet USPS Intelligent Mail Indicia (IMI) and Dimensional Weighing (DIM) requirements. The automatic envelope feeder handles mixed-size mail without pre-sorting, on envelopes up to 5/8-inch thick.
A 10 lb weighing platform is standard, with 30 and 70 lb options, plus an optional Dynamic Scale that weighs on the fly at 75 or 110 letters per minute and available differential weighing. The color touchscreen carries six shortcut keys and nine stored job imprints, rates update over LAN every 72 hours, and 100 departmental accounts (expandable to 300 or 500) keep postage spending sorted. An envelope moistener, postage tape dispenser, and catch tray for mail up to 10 x 13 inches round out the system.
