About the Formax MailDoc Cloud 100K

Formax MailDoc Cloud 100K is the MailDoc Cloud document management software on a two-year subscription covering 100,000 pages. It is the current MailDoc offering on Formax’s September 15, 2026 price list, replacing the older MailDoc Beginner and Professional licenses, and it is the software Formax lists as an option with its FD 6300-series folder inserters. Pick the tier by page volume — 100K, 250K or 2M pages over two years — and add postal automation with the Postal Module and NCOA Certification. Remote installation and hotline support are priced separately; both are in the table below.

What MailDoc does

MailDoc reads the PDF you already print, adds the OMR or barcode marks a Formax inserter needs, and sorts the pages so every recipient’s documents land in one envelope. Per Formax’s MailDoc spec sheet:

• Generates OMR, 1D barcode or 2D barcode marks directly on documents for intelligent inserting of varying multi-page sets (invoices, statements)
• Groups documents addressed to the same customer or account into one envelope to cut printing and postage
• Automatically diverts documents on your criteria — zero-balance statements, for example
• Selective feeding for targeted marketing inserts
• Sequence checking for document integrity, simplex-to-duplex printing, e-mail document options, unrestricted printer speed
• Drag-and-drop interface; save a template for each recurring job; documents export to one PDF, no integration with your accounting software needed
