inc.jet’s Jet.Engine imaging software gives mailing and printing operations a flexible, powerful way to control their inkjet systems. Printing is controlled dynamically through software: layouts are created or adjusted quickly, and both fixed and variable (open) data drop right into the layout. Built on standard Windows architecture, it lets operators of every experience level drive printing systems without delay — no programming knowledge required.

Jet.Engine offers an intuitive GUI with unlimited fields for tailoring print jobs, support for fixed or dynamic text, and image formats including BMP, JPG and TIF. It processes over 80 linear and 2D barcodes, supports numerous date and time formats for international use, includes a manual or automatic number generator, and provides design tools such as 1-degree rotation and rich text formatting. For streamlined budgets, it can interface directly with the print mechanism via a custom open messaging protocol, and it uses the Windows Printer Driver so third-party software can create jobs for IPS hardware.
