Description
About the Greenwave 430
The Formax Greenwave 430 is a freestanding cardboard perforator built for shipping departments that need to process more volume than a tabletop unit can handle. Mounted on heavy-duty casters for easy repositioning, it perforates and trims corrugated cartons in a single pass, up to 16.9 inches wide and .79 inches thick, at up to 40 feet per minute — turning old boxes into flexible, shock-absorbing packing netting instead of trash.
Standard features include an all-metal cabinet, solid-steel perforating blades, rugged metal gearing, a bold-print measuring scale, and a molded plastic waste bin that collects perforating particles for a cleaner work area. At 271 lbs. with a 1 HP motor, it’s built for sustained shipping-department use.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
The Greenwave 430 has been updated in Formax’s current lineup by the Greenwave 432, which offers the same 16.9"/430mm perforating width in Formax’s current-production Greenwave series. All For Mailers still supports Greenwave 430 units already in the field with parts and supplies.
Straight talk: the Greenwave 430 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.
Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.
