Description
About the Greenwave 410
The Formax Greenwave 410 is a tabletop cardboard perforator that turns used shipping cartons into free, eco-friendly packing material. Feed in flattened cardboard, and the Greenwave 410’s solid-steel blades perforate and trim it in a single pass, up to 16 inches wide and .4 inches thick, at up to 34 feet per minute. The result is a flexible, shock-absorbing netting that wraps around products for cushioning or fills empty space in a shipping box — a genuine alternative to bubble wrap, foam peanuts, and Styrofoam.
Standard features include an all-metal housing, rugged metal gearing, a bold-print measuring scale, and rubber suction feet for stability on a workbench or tabletop. At 110 lbs. and a compact 23.2" x 16.5" x 14.2" footprint, it’s sized for small shipping departments that want to cut packaging costs and waste-hauling fees without dedicating floor space to a full perforator.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
The Greenwave 410 has been updated in Formax’s current lineup by the Greenwave 412, which offers the same 16"/410mm perforating width in Formax’s current-production Greenwave series. All For Mailers still supports Greenwave 410 units already in the field with parts and supplies.
Straight talk: the Greenwave 410 is no longer in current production — and we still support it. It’s off the manufacturer’s active lineup, but parts and consumables are available, we know these machines inside out, and we keep plenty of them running for customers today. If you own one, you’re in good shape. If you’re buying a good used one, you’re not taking a risk we can’t cover.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Need parts or supplies? SuppliesForMailers.com carries the consumables, and we stock or source the parts. Call 866-430-2874 and we’ll get you what you need.
Thinking about upgrading? No pressure — but if your volumes have grown or you want a machine with years of factory runway ahead of it, tell us what you’re running and what’s changed, and we’ll show you the current equivalent. Nationwide shipping with professional freight handling. Ask us about delivery and setup options for your location.
