About the FlashGuard 13R6
The Formax FlashGuard 13R6 is a heavy-duty pouch laminator built around a six-roller system — four heated rollers and two cooling rollers — that produces flat, bubble-free results at up to 55 inches per minute. Its 13-inch infeed handles pouches up to 13 inches wide and up to 14 mil thick, with a maximum laminating thickness of 3mm for mounted or layered pieces.
Variable temperature control reaches 320°F (160°C), and the machine performs both hot and cold lamination, so pressure-sensitive materials are covered too. A graphics-based LCD control panel stores two custom setting memories for your most common jobs, while the all-metal housing with internal cooling system, a reverse button for clearing jams, and a dedicated cool-down cycle protect the machine over years of use. A starter pack of 20 FG-3 premium 3 mil pouches is included in the box.
