About the FlashGuard 13R10
The Formax FlashGuard 13R10 is a heavy-duty pouch laminator built around a 10-roller system — six heat, two cooling, two output — that turns out flat, clean laminations at speeds up to 141 inches per minute. The 13in infeed accepts pouches up to 13in wide and 14 mil thick, with a maximum laminating thickness of 3mm and variable temperature up to 320F/160C for hot or cold work.
A graphics-based LCD control panel with indicators keeps settings visible, stores 2 custom presets, and a speed and temperature chart is printed right on top of the machine. A reverse button clears jams, a dedicated cool-down cycle protects the rollers, and the all-metal housing includes an internal cooling system. Formax ships it with 20 FG-3 premium 3-mil pouches to get you started.
