Description
About the FlashCardXL
The Formax FlashCardXL brings card cutting up to large-format sheets, pre-programmed for 12in x 18in and 13in x 19in stock and producing up to 230 business cards per minute. The automatic friction feed infeed holds 40 sheets at 200gsm, and it cuts coated, uncoated, and laminated sheets and card stock up to 350gsm/130# cover.
A registration mark reader aligns each cut to the printed image, and self-sharpening blades hold accuracy to 0.1mm. The LCD display manages 6 preset jobs plus 10 custom cuts, and the standard 3.5in cassette yields 24-up 2in x 3.5in cards per sheet. Optional cassettes cover 5×7 cards, 3.5×5 postcards, 4×5 photos, 8.5×11 brochures, and 11×17 menus, and an optional cabinet with wastebin rolls on casters.

Specifications sourced from this product’s own page copy. No FlashCardXL spec sheet is on file. The sheet previously attached to this product (FlashCard-Spec-Sheet_0-1) was the base FlashCard sheet, not an XL sheet — it documents 144 cards per minute on 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 stock, which is a different machine, so it was not used and the attachment has been removed from this listing. Because no FlashCardXL sheet is on file, the following are omitted rather than estimated: overall dimensions, weight, power supply, minimum cut length and safety certifications.
