About the FlashCard
The Formax FlashCard is a heavy-duty tabletop business card cutter that turns printed sheets into finished cards at up to 144 cards per minute. An automatic friction feed processes sheets from 8.5in x 11in to 8.5in x 14in, the infeed holds 40 sheets at up to 200gsm, and the cutter accepts stock up to 350gsm/130# cover — coated, uncoated, or laminated.
A built-in register mark reader keeps cuts aligned to the printed image, and the self-sharpening blade holds accuracy to 0.1mm. The LCD display manages 5 pre-programmed jobs plus 11 custom cuts, and the standard 3.5in cassette produces 10-up 2in x 3.5in business cards. Optional cassettes cover 5×7 cards, 4.25×8 postcards, 3.5×10 menu cards, and more.
